Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Nairobi and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside this region, please contact our customer service to make special arrangements.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be communicated to you during the WhatsApp checkout process. We offer free shipping on all orders above Ksh 50,000 within Nairobi.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the product and your location. In-stock items are typically delivered within 3-5 business days within Nairobi. For custom orders, the delivery timeline will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

4. Ordering & Payment Process

To place an order, confirm your preferred design and specifications with our team. An 80% deposit is required before production begins. Our standard production time is 5 working days; for custom or high-volume orders, production may take longer and we will communicate any changes promptly. The remaining 20% balance is payable before delivery or collection.

5. Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Our team can assist with basic placement of the furniture, but complex assembly may require a separate service.

6. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as per our Refund Policy.
